Biofeedback

What is Biofeedback?
Biofeedback is a definitive and non-invasive method for helping clinicians to accurately assess and treat a variety of psychophysiological difficulties.
Biofeedback has been shown to be an effective treatment modality for anxiety, depression, performance stress, chronic pain, migraine and tension headaches, post-traumatic stress disorder, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, Raynaud’s disease, and many others.
At Union Square Practice, biofeedback can be used as a standalone treatment or in combination with therapy, coaching, and/or psychopharmacological treatment. Send us a note if you’re interested in learning more.
