Our existing clients should have already gotten an email describing the telehealth process in detail, and will get a reminder from their individual clinician with a unique URL that leads to their virtual “waiting room” for video sessions.

Our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (ketamine) programs will continue to be held on site since these treatments cannot be done remotely.

We are still welcoming new clients and during this period of crisis and will be conducting initial sessions via the telepsychiatry platform. Our Clinical Coordinator will discuss the process in detail during the phone screening. With a practice-wide expertise in anxiety, PTSD, and trauma, we realize that this is a time when our experience may be particularly valuable.

For both new clients and existing clients, we will be making clinical exceptions for those whom we think it is important to see in person.
